Phoenix Sales Volume Down (Again)

comments

And we are talking 7 straight months of year-over-year declining sale starting October 2005. Now 2005 was a record year, but 2003 and 2004 sales volume ain't too bad, they seem to suggest. Can you only imagine the amount of devastation and outcry had the title of the report been "Weakest April since April 2000 with 4,870." A few more street down you hit Allens Peak Dr with 6 homes for sale.

Yup, go to the overweight dolts at Mortgage Pro (soon to be laying everyone off btw) and you can get out of your rental dump and into a nice $1 Million house!

Some noticeable trends are the large exodus from New York (200,000+/Year from 2000-2004) but there was a population gain due to the increase in immigration [WCBS/AP].
